Capri and her team were incredible in helping my husband and me find our first house during a really difficult housing market! We had a million questions the whole way and she knew how to answer every question to make us feel at ease. When we started looking at houses outside of Capri's typical market, she went above and beyond to research the area and get us a great deal on a fantastic house. Her whole team was equally great, scheduling house tours and helping us with closing documents quickly and happily. Even after we closed, she followed up with us with recommendations for a plumber, electrician, and roofer so that when we have repairs later on, we have great local people to turn to. We will absolutely go with Capri and her team when we sell this house years down the road and buy a new one. Absolutely stellar!!!

My husband and I just bought our first home with Capri and her wonderful team. As first time home buyers, Capri and her whole team made this process so easy and seamless for us. Both sets of parents also talked about how impressed and pleased they were at how amazing Capri is. They (and we) really trust her completely! Capri always took the time to make sure all of our questions or concerns were answered, and her and her entire team were always SO FAST to get back to us on anything! You can tell that Capri not only loves what she does but she really wants to make sure that her clients are well educated and informed on the entire process, including what home ownership will entail after closing. You can also really tell that Capri and her team are ALWAYS looking out for their clients' best interests. If only there was the ability to give more than 5 stars - we would give them ALL to Stephanie. We would never trust anyone but the Capri Closes team to help us find our perfect home and when we met Stephanie we immediately knew we were in good hands. Stephanie is just the best -- she is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, particularly at navigating a fast-paced, competitive market during a pandemic. She is calm, practical, and always sought out information for us so that we could make the best decision. Stephanie genuinely wanted us to find the right fit and went above and beyond to make it happen. She got to know us and our particular likes/dislikes so well that by the time our dream home came on the market she booked a showing without even sending us the listing and we put in an offer that day!
