Candilee Quigley

Thank you for your interest in learning more about me; my name is Candilee Quigley and I work closely with our military community, buying and selling their homes around Fort Bragg, NC. I work prominently in the Raeford, Hope Mills and Fayetteville communities. In addition, I train coach and mentor my agents to be the best they can be. The Fayetteville community has many merits that make buying attractive to those coming to the area. We are home Fort Bragg home of the 82nd Airborne Division. We are uniquely positioned between the many Carolina Beaches and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Around town residents can enjoy various cuisines from Indian food to an award-winning steak at Chris's Steak House. The finest community theatre can be found at Gilbert Theatre and Cape Fear Regional Theatre host productions comparable to big city theatres. There is lots of outdoor activities: ziplining, hiking, splash pads, frisbee golf and golfing on many courses to include LPGA and PGA courses in neighboring Pinehurst, NC. The Fayetteville community has an abundance of shopping options from tiny boutiques to big box stores. Locally there are top medical facilities such as Cape Fear Valley Hospital a partner of Cleveland Clinic and First Health Regional Hospitals. With in a couple hour drive is Duke Medical Center and UNC Hospitals both nationally ranked medical facilities. The community and the surrounding area are home to many options for higher learning to include Fayetteville Technical College, Sandhills Community College, Fayetteville State University, UNC Pembroke and three private colleges: Methodist College, St Andrews University, Campbell University. I have been serving our military community as a real estate agent since 2007. First as an agent then beginning in 2010 as the franchisee and Broker In-Charge of EXIT Realty Preferred. My sales expertise is working with absentee buyers and sellers as well utilizing my marketing background think out of the box when working with a client on the sale of their home. As the Broker In-Charge I work extensively with both new and experienced agents ensuring their success. Our offices have been ranked in the top three North Carolina EXIT Realty Offices the last 5 out of 8 years. We rank in the top 20 real estate office in our Multiple Listing Service (Longleaf Pine Realtors Association) I serve on the Education Committee as well as the Grievance Committee and Public Relations Committee. I am very excited about being part of our newly formed Economic Development Committee. My clients and their families become clients and friends for life. After graduation from Jefferson Area Secondary School I attended Wright State University, and later moved to Fayetteville, NC. There I married my best friend, the father of our 5 children and my business partner, Keith who was at that time serving in the US Army. We lived in Muncie, Indiana where I attended Ball State University, from there my husband was stationed at Fort Jackson (Columbia), SC and choose to reside in Raeford, NC when he retired from the Army in 2001. We are very active in our community; our church Crosspointe. When we are not doing real estate, we enjoy spending time with our 6 grandchildren. Traveling is our weakness; it is our goal to own a VRBO in the Caribbean.
