Candi provided wonderful support to me throughout the process of getting my parents' home in Culpeper, Virginia ready for sale, deciding how to list it, and negotiating the final sale. She has a thorough understanding of the local market, what's already for sale, and what price is likely to draw potential buyers while affording the seller a fair price. She gave me great suggestions for what renovations would help sell an older home, and what would not be worth the effort and cost. Her suggestions were reasonable and I believe really did help make the home more attractive to potential buyers. She knows all the rules and regulations about necessary inspections and had a lot of contacts who could carry out the inspections and any needed changes.Candi was always pleasant, easy to work with, returned calls, texts, or emails quickly when I needed her help, and really cared about getting the house sold in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. The house was only on the market for about 10 days before we got 2 offers.
