Candice Signa is wonderful in every way, starting with an exceptional person who is easy to connect with, to an outstanding realtor with a wealth of knowledge, and to having a genuine love for the community of Buellton and Santa Ynez Valley that she lives in, and for the homes that she assists people with buying or selling in. When it came time to sell our home we were very fortunate to have Candice by our side and guiding us every step along the way. She is very astute and with a keen eye for details, not only identifying minor repairs, but ideas for paint, flooring, landscaping, etc., and she was able to quickly draw on the required personnel; and then act as aEURoeTeam CaptainaEUR? to make sure that everyone stayed on point with a very tight schedule. Having everything in tiptop shape, she was able to orchestra the open house for a week-end that brought nearly a hundred people on the first day and by day two, we had two offers in hand! My wife and I have family in the Santa Ynez Valley and have been visiting for years. We wanted a condo of our own. We retained Candice to help. We specifically were looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. With Candices help, we looked for almost a year without any luck. Out of the blue Candice called and suggested we look at a 1 bedroom condo in the area we were interested in. I was reluctant because we really wanted a 2 bedroom. Candice persisted and had us take a look. The condo had been completely remodeled, had a 2 car garage, an end unit, no one above or below us. We loved it. Candice had called us 8 minutes after the condo went on the market! Outstanding! We made an offer and closed within 45 days, all with Candice assistance.
