Candice did an outstanding job of selling our home. Her efforts kept us updated during a tough process of dealing with a poor buyer's agent who lacked communication skills. Even on the closing day when the buyer's agent couldn't be found she stepped up and worked with her title company to coordinate the closing actions, she took care of both sides to ensure title transfer and kept both sides positive throughout the process.
