We heartily recommend Candice Beecher and Colleen Henney for anyone looking to buy a house. We are first-time home buyers and did not know much about the process. Thanks to their expertise, negotiation skills, and people skills, they helped us with not one, but two offers, both of which were accepted by the seller. (We opted not to proceed with the first one after the inspection report.) They knew how to structure the offers so that we would win over competing bids (while also not overpaying). Given how tough the buyer's market is in the Boston area and what I have heard from friends who recently bought houses, two out of two offers accepted is truly impressive! They were both very responsive and professional throughout the whole process. So, we were never in fear of losing out while waiting for our agent to communicate information.
