Candace has helped my wife and I both sell and buy a home in the last 2 years. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer to something she has an incredible network of experts whom she can reach out to get answers to any of our questions. When selling my house, she helped me find contractors to do much-needed renovations before I sold the house. She even helped with design ideas and even helped pick paint colors for the house. When it came time to list she helped me find an amazing stager to come in and stage the house and her marketing of the house was top-notch.
