Anyone can be a good realtor when times are good you but wont know who the best are until times are rough. We bought our house with Candy in 2019 when there were no homes in Laramie to buy and sold it with Candy in 2023 when interest rates were at a 20 year high. We have just about the worst timing possible but breezed though both processes thanks to the expertise, and savvy of Candy. Candy is the perfect balance of consummate professional and no bs strait shooter. Candy will really listen to you and take to heart all of your wants and needs, yet she will be frank with you when you are getting in your own way. Shes an absolute sweetheart but unapologetically tenacious too. If that wasnt enough shes crazy clever with an intimate knowledge of and passion for the region. Ive also had the opportunity to get to know Tyson, Katie, and Regin also at Roots Out West. I honestly cant say a bad thing about any of them; the whole team is stellar.

Candy was amazing to work with on buying our first home! Candy is so down to earth and one of the realest peope youll meet and work with. She was very accomidating and really took the time to hear us on what we wanted in our first house. Made the process super fast and easy and not so scary. Candy also has a lot of great connections when it comes to knowing a mortgage guy, inspectors, and structural engineers.
