My boyfriend and I were in a sticky situation where we needed an apartment and quick. He lost his family home to a fire and we needed a place post-winter rental. Upon the first day meeting us, Candace found us a stop over rental (for a month and a half). When I approached her about a listing I saw for an annual rental, she worked her magic in one day again and helped secure us that great annual rental. Shes fast, responsive, determined, and smart. We really dont know where wed be right now if it wasnt for the power of Candace! I cannot recommend her enough!

Candace handled all aspects of the sale of house. She worked with her staff to take professional photographs of house, prepared all of the paperwork necessary to list the house, provided showing opportunities, and worked with other agents who brought their clients to see their potential home.
