While the initial presentation was impressive and made a strong first impression, my overall experience left much to be desired. I was assured that a luxury home for sale sign would be placed in the yard, but the sign provided was more suitable for a rental property. Additionally, I was promised multiple open house showings; however, only one was held, and that occurred a month after listingaEUR"coinciding with a suggested price drop. When I chose to stick with the originally suggested listing price, I felt there was little effort to support this decision. Eventually, I agreed to drop the price and added a $10,000 buyer's down payment assistance incentive. Later, as my new homes completion approached, the price was dropped again, and the buyer assistance offer was removed. Despite this, the outdated $10,000 incentive remained on the website, leading to confusion when we received a full asking price offer. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the agent suggested countering the offer to correct the mistake, which felt unprofessional. Given my time constraints with my new home closing, I reluctantly let it go, but I strongly felt that the agency should have covered the $10,000 due to their oversight. Lastly, my interactions with Cami were minimal. Aside from signing the agreement and her retrieving the sign after closing, there was little communication or engagement. While the home eventually sold, the process was far from smooth, and I was disappointed with the lack of follow-through on promises and accountability for errors. I expected a more proactive and professional experience, especially for a luxury home sale.

Cami was great at getting us to sign with her. Made it sound like she would be right on top of everything and with us every step of the way. Not the case - mostly dealt with her assistant who gave me false legal advice about our deed. Cami begged us to take lower than we told her we would take. Cami failed to get us to sign a retainer for mineral rights before contract was signed. Cami knew the person we entered a contract with was going to use the property for a business, but she completely misstated what the business would be - and it would have been a major detriment to our neighbors. Contract broken - and no sale. Use anyone else.
