She has A LOT of knowledge about the area and a great network of people to get all the inspections and possible repairs that come with buying or selling a home resolved in no time. We recently purchased a home with her help and I cant say this enough she is AMAZING!! If it wasnt for her we would have not been able to close on our new home in the time window we needed to close, honestly if she wouldnt have been our realtor I dont think we would have been able to purchase this home.
