Even though we live in the same community, I didn't meet Callie Norris Ruffus until I started thinking about purchasing a new home. We selected Callie Ruffus because she was extremely organized. Not over the top, but Callie definitely had an advertising plan for our Kennesaw home. The plan included working with Zillow, the local MLS, and she worked the MLS outside of Atlanta and the State of Georgia. We put the house on the market at the worst possible time (October), but that did not deter Callie. Callie lived in the area which made her an excellent choice for understanding Legacy Park and its HOA, which we considered excellent. She responded to us regularly; made recommendations about the home; and, we always knew what she was doing for us. She represented us well. She overcame a couple of obstacles and successfully negotiated with our buyer.

First of all, let me say that it was a coincidence that we found Callie to be our realtor, and we knew right away that she was a gift to us!My husband and I were just starting to look at houses on a Saturday afternoon, and we saw a house we liked, called the number on the sign, and Callie answered. She immediately came to meet us at the house and walk us through it. We were not planning to talk to a realtor at this point, but Callie's prompt response, her bubbly personality, and her knowledge of the neighborhood, the comparables, etc. impressed us, and we decided we had found our realtor. We talked a little that afternoon about what we were looking for, and I gave her the information about a house I had seen on Zillow. The next day she sent us the listing of that house as well as other houses that fit our needs. Later in the week,we went out with Callie to see a few of the other homes she found and we liked at least one, but when we got to the house I had seen on Zillow, my husband and I agreed that we loved this one. When Callie called the realtor, she was told that the homeowners had taken the house off the market the day before. Callie said if we wanted to pursue it, she would talk to the listing agent and ask if she would check with the sellers. They agreed to put it back on the market, based on the information Callie had presented.Not long after, we were moving into our dream home...and the best thing was that we did nothing but sit back and answer questions for Callie as she took the responsibility of all the legwork involved! She kept us well informed about what was happening, she was always prompt and efficient, always demonstrated a positive and happy demeanor and professionalism. One little detail that amazed us is that since that time we have been invited to several very nice Keller Williams functions, we have received cards, circes, and messages from her...and it has been 3 years.
