We met Callie at a first time homebuyer course and were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the process. Callie was incredibly flexible with our timeline to close and work hours. As first time homebuyers we still had a lot to learn on things to look for when viewing a house. Callie was AMAZING at helping point out things we never even considered to ensure we had all the information needed before making a decision. Once under offer, we had quite a few findings during inspections. Callie was able to provide us great recommendations for additional contractors and supported being available for additional inspections. It was a stressful time and Callie's support helped us get through it. Overall working with Callie was better than we could have ever expected. We really felt that Callie was more than our broker but also a friend. We would highly recommend using Callie to our friends and family.
