I have several realtors in my friend/acquaintance circle. I happened upon a listing of Calebs, however. After meeting with him to see that house, he had me and my husband hooked! We had some pretty specific needs and a very tight budget to work with so we got to spend several months with Caleb as we searched for the right house for us. Caleb was super knowledgeable about the market as a whole, listing, buying, potential repair costs to consider and really all the things you wouldnt even think to think about when buying/selling a home. He even went as far as to make an excel document detailing the offers of the house we were selling and explaining the pros and cons of each. Caleb did a wonderful job helping us to sell our home. He was a steady hand, providing guidance when we were nervous, and made sure we got the most money out of our home. When we didn't immediately get offers on the home, he walked us through the process and ensured we didn't drop the price too quickly. He provided solutions for how to attract buyers without looking desperate.
