Caitlyn helped me find a home that was perfect for me. She first explained the entire process and had a great vendor list, so with that being said I got pre qualified by a lender she referred me to and the process was virtually stress free. Caitlyn and my lender worked side by side on my behalf, keeping me informed of any and everything I needed to know and do. After approval Caitlyn must have shown me 20+ homes and she was available anytime I saw a house that sparked my interest. In the end it was in fact Caitlyn that found my perfect home. We went for a viewing and Caitlyn was right it was the perfect home. We went under contract easily with an offer Caitlyn submitted on my behalf using all her real estate knowledge. Next came a thorough home inspection, in which the inspection report came back with a few issues or concerns. Caitlyn then submitted an amendment for the needed repairs to be completed by licensed contractors at the sellers expense. The seller quickly responded and agreed to have everything we asked for addressed. The next 3 weeks I spent slowly packing which to my surprise Caitlyn volunteered to lend a helping hand! Closing could not have gone any smoother and I received the keys to my new home just like the blink of an eye. I truthfully have never received the professional service Caitlyn provided for me any and every time I was in need during my real estate/home buying process. I would and will reffer Caitlyn to anyone looking to find their own perfect home. She is amazing at what she does. God sent!!
