Whenever I had a question about the neighborhood or the general knowledge about houses, Ms. Caitlin provided the answer quickly and effectively. As a first time home buyer the paperwork can seem stressful and overwhelming at times but NOT with Ms. Caitlin. The amount of stress that was taken off my shoulders was a blessing due to the fact of Ms. Caitlin expertise with each form, she is truly a master realtor when it comes to her field of work. Knowing that I can always get a solid answer always helps the process go smoother and ultimately gave myself confidence and reassurance when signing any and every document that Ms. Caitlin presented. Overall was a bad experience with Caitlin when I was looking for my home. Now that I have worked with other agents I really saw a difference of how easy a home buying process can be. While working with Caitlin I told her the areas I did not want to be in with the price that we had set and It seemed like she didnt care one bit about it. Instead she kept sending homes back in the areas that I was less than happy about. Once we found a home that I loved, She asked me what I wanted to put in as an offer. Her already knowing that I was a First time homer owner she offered little to know insight on what we should be looking for or what we should offer to make ourselves competitive. Now that I have bought my new home I can confidently say that It was night an day Caitlin was nice to me and was somewhat knowledge was also very pushy , rude to my mother and fiancA(C), and made me decide against buying until I met my new Agent as well as someone that my family fell in love with. Recommend shopping around the area and looking for a different agent.
