My wife and I could rely on his knowledge of how a house was constructed and his honest assessment of a house if it was what we were looking for. We could go to a house and he would be able to tell us what type of material was used to construct the walls, floors, etc... and then reliably tell us what to expect from the house. He also had a command of the housing market, giving us a good idea of what we should purchase a house for and what we should've sold our house for as well.Another thing is his dedication. He took our calls at all hours and answered all of our questions (which were many). He also stuck with us helping us through issues way after we sold our house and bought another.I can safely say that there is not another Realtor in the Manhattan area I would turn to and that he is the standard by which I will hold all others.
