Byron Descalzi

I grew up in the Charlotte area and have experienced the growth that our city has gone through. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. Have over 12 years of background experience in the financial industry. Earlier in my career, I was in the Mortgage industry and then later transitioned to becoming a compliance officer and supervising the financial activities of financial advisors at top firms such as LPL Financial, Merrill Lynch and MetLife. This tremendous experience has taught me how real estate investments can truly affect a client's overall financial goals. With my wealth of knowledge, as well as experiencing the growth of the Charlotte area through the years; I have developed a true passion for real estate. My goal is to make my client's real estate investment experience as easy, enjoyable and rewarding as possible regardless of whether my clients are looking to buy, sell or invest in our region.
