1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
I would say make sure you work with an agent who explains the process thoroughly and has explained "buyer representation" and its full benefits.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Be certain you hire someone who is not only experienced, but has provided a detailed analysis of how they have arrived at a value for your home along with a firm and thorough plan to market your home successfully.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and home-owners looking to upsize or downsize throughout all price ranges.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent transaction that comes to mind was a wonderful client named Dorothy. Dorothy's daughter had encouraged her to use a friend of the family, but she had invited me out to ask for a second opinion on the value based on advisement from her attorney. Despite Dorothy's daughter encouraging her to use another agent, she decided to list her home with me because of my analysis, presentation, and thorough communication. As a result, I sold her home for 103% of the sales price within three days of listing and saved her $3,000 in occupancy costs (that seller's typically pay) all the while netting her nearly $10,000 more than the other potential agent suggested.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started my career in Real Estate at 21 years old, following in the footsteps of my stepfather who had worked in banking and Real Estate.

Yes, I am also a certified residential appraiser which brings a wealth of additional knowledge and experience to my customers, setting me apart from 99% of other agents.
