When I submitted my request for names of a realtor, Burke responded within a few minutes. He contacted me in person which I really appreciated. He also sold my property within a couple of days. I didnt even meet Burke in person until we closed on the property because everything happened so quickly but he was always available by phone or text to answer my questions. Very nice guy. Was very impressed with his knowledge and help and his bid for hire. With that said, he became too aggressive for my liking when I decided to go with another realtor. Did not feel like my decision was being respected and did not like the interaction after that. I was the lender on a property Burke was the dual agent on. The house was custom, and difficult to appraise. Burke researched sales in the area, and found an additional comp, that the appraiser did not know about because it was a very recent sale. The appraiser was able to use the comp, which was pivotal in this transaction. Burke worked closely with both the buyer and the seller, and me the lender to make sure that the transaction went as smooth as possible. He was able to negotiated terms that both parties were happy with. Burke also has a good knowledge of the lending process, as he has experience in lending as well. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.
