Buddy has been married for 32 years to Sarah who is also from the Mid-West. Sarah works as a leasing agent but also works with Buddy and has been a Realtor since 2010. Sarah and Buddy have two children; Nicole, who graduated from LECOM and is is a practicing resident McLaren hospital in Lansing, MI. and Jack, who aslo just graduated (App State) will be starting a career in Disaster Mangemnent and has recently taken a position with Habitat for Humanity in Napels FL. When he's not selling homes, Buddy enjoys most outdoor activities, especially golf, tennis, camping, fishing and most recently...disc golf! Buddy also enjoys the theater, music, good food and good wine. He has recently gotten into smoking BBQ but that's an art in progress!

Working with Buddy was great from start to finish. He was accommodating to our needs as we worked to relocate from Chicago to Charlotte, making sure to take the time early in the process to educate us on the differences in the real estate market and laws between the 2 markets. He leveraged his market knowledge and past experiences to help us build our first search, and then subsequently modify to ensure we would find the right home in our first trip out and we did just that. In 7 days time we landed in Charlotte, toured a few homes, updated our search, saw a few more, and landed on the home that we knew we wanted. Whats more is that he was skillful in advocating for us and helping us land the home despite competing offers. Buddy was sure to stay responsive and diligent in his follow-up, educating us along the way, as we moved through inspection, appraisal, securing our mortgage, and ultimately closing on our home. 10/10 would recommend Buddy to anyone searching in the Charlotte market.

So Buddy Frey was referred from a good friend and I must say how easy he made the whole process. He is the kind of guy who walks into the house with you and points out the good and the bad he sees and he knows. He wont stand in a corner and lets you take a look but walk with you throughout the process of home buying. And with the experience he has, you can ask any questions related to the house.
