ZillowVERIFIEDBuck was referred to me by my REMAX realtor back in Colorado as a very experienced realtor. I had him come in to look at the property after telling another realtor I'd let them list it when we were ready. The prior realtor gave me a list of things that needed attention which was extremely important as the house would go on the market after moving across country. Buck did it right, he found a serious problem with the electric panel and suggested having some of his contacts closely examine the electric, water, heating; all the systems. They found a few more problems and after correcting them, the house was sold as inspected taking the risk out of an inspection report. Then two other problems came up after lifting some carpet and Buck stepped up to the plate and fixed them himself.Buck worked his butt off and was always a step or so ahead of everything. Bottom line we listed the property for 15K over the other realtors assessment and it sold at full price in less than 2 weeks.If you want it done right and have the best shot at a great sales price, Buck Wilson is you man.
