We were introduced to Bryce via our selling agent in San Francisco. We were in the process of selling our home in SF, and while we had to wait for our home to sell before we could purchase, a new one, we enlisted the help of Bryce and the Schumacher Group in hunting down properties in areas in the East Bay that we were looking to settle in. Bryce met us at an open house so that we could meet, get to know each other and show him exactly what was on our wish list. It had been 18 years since we bought a house, so we were a bit rusty going into the process again. We didn't want to rush anything and wanted to find the right home, but also wanted to not be living with our parents for too long in the interim. Bryce was always available to meet us at properties once we really narrowed down the neighborhoods. Bryce advised us on areas, types of homes and what we should be looking out for, and in this market, what we would realistically need to bid in order to win. He did this all the while our current home was active but not pending (in the market we are in, there was no one willing to take contingent offers, so it was a waiting game for us), but he still took time out of his schedule to meet with us, even though knowing most homes would be gone before we could put a bid in. As soon as our current home was pending, we were truly able to start bidding, and within a week we had found the perfect place in Clayton. As soon as we decided to pull the trigger, he met us last minute at an open house so he could survey the property. Bryce gave us the market analysis for the area and discussed our pricing strategy. He was able to put in our pre-emptive offer the following day, and then our offer had been accepted! With his quick work and coordination with the listing agent and our mortgage broker, our new home closed within 3 weeks and just 1 day after our SF home closed. We were ready to move in immediately and Bryce even helped us empty out our U-Haul as we had a time crunch the day we got our keys. That was for sure above and beyond! Bryce was easy to get along with, listened to what we wanted and knew what we needed to do to purchase our new home. When buying a home, you want to work with someone that you can trust and someone that knows you and what you want. Bryce is that guy! Thanks Bryce!

Bryce was the Real Estate Agent who represented my wife and me in the purchase of a single-family residence in East Bay. And when the time comes to selling our new property and purchasing another, we will insist that Bryce represent us. Bryce lives locally and works locally and knows the area he represents extremely well. I feel this is essential for an agent and it paid dividends in our home purchase.
