Most nights he had to bring his family with him. The dedication was unreal. He has the knowledge and patience to make home buying easy for an amateur like me. He is talented at making the process easy to understand. Not to mention he bought me a grill as a house warming gift. Hes good people and very personable. He will work hard for you and you owe it a favor to yourself to work with him.

ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience was terrible. Didn't work with Bryant directly but his team. They send out a list of rentals, but then tell me to contact the property managers myself which is a first for me because our current state rental contracts are handled and negotiated by real estate agents, but ok no problem. However, the list they send doesn't have contact information for said property managers. When I ask for the contact information for the specific rentals we were interested in that they sent me I got zero response. Asked them multiple times to contact me via email and include my husband but get Facebook messages instead. Keep sending me rentals out of our price range and instead of modifying the search parameters so we get a useful list, I was basically told to unsubscribe as the only option. Same for home buying. Basically discouraged us from buying. Didn't provide any info for new builds. Took so long getting back to me that the list of properties we were interested in were all bought up according to them, though other realtors told me otherwise and gave me information on those houses. They pushed for Preapproval without really even knowing what you want. If you are going to discourage us from buying why the pre-approval then? The lender they handed us over to still hasnt given us an approval letter almost 2 seeks later. Another 2 lenders gave us approval letters same day! Just feels like they get a cut from the mortgage people and the builders and steer people in that direction. We lost so many property and rental opportunities because of their negligence. They basically told me they would help, ghosted us and then refused to work with us. The extra petty part, they removed us from their home buyers Facebook group. Very poor business practices and customer service. Not at all reliable or professional. Moving across state is stressful enough, add in finding a home and schools for kids that stress intensifies. A realtor should be on your team and be helping you find a home not cause you more stress and work. Especially when those realtors have been in the military life and knows how that feels. I don't get these good reviews. Must be people who had a lot to put down, bought homes above 210k price range or went way above listing price because those are where real estate agents really get the good money.
