Other agents that we interviewed, priced our house based on comps from two years ago since nothing had sold recently in my neighborhood. Each step was perfect - consultation, pricing, staging and photos, paperwork, etc. - through the actual closing. They accommodated my schedule and unique signing needs - and got me a great and fair price. They use the latest tech - and also good old fashioned manual work - to keep you fully updated on everything, and are proactive so you never have to ask them about showing feedback, whats going on with your listening, etc. I wouldnt use anyone else now that I know them, contact them and you will see and agree!
