We dreaded the idea of having to move twice or getting into a rental until our new home build is completed. Bryan was capable of working his magic and not only did we get a solid offer, but also FREE RENT BACK after closing of escrow, until our build is complete. Hallelujah! Such a relief, we couldnt be happier how everything turned out. We are still in shock as to how he could make that happen in this market.
