Bryan Sinnett received his B.S in Business Management from North Carolina State University. Bryan has since earned his Graduate Realtor Institute Designation, and Council of Residential Specialists Designation while practicing real estate in the greater Triangle area for over 17 years. Bryan Sinnett and his team were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the home buying/selling process. On the buying side, his team was extremely knowledgable and precise in making sure we got under contract for the home we wanted to purchase before we had to compete against other offers. They took the time to understand our budget, timeline and expectations to create a plan that that coincided with our goals; they effectively negotiated both the price and closing period based on what we needed without any surprises. Everything between the offer being accepted and the closing was both flawless and effortless. His team made all the paperwork, inspections and everything else that goes along with a home purchase seem like a breeze. Bryan and his team demonstrated a level of experience that was truly impressive and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process.On the selling side, Bryan displayed a level of experience that was simply above an beyond anything we expected. For us, we wanted to get the best selling price, and we needed to do this within the contract period of the above-mentioned purchase. In a nutshell, he took an in depth look at all the aspects of our property, took the time to understand our goals and knew the market very well. He informed us of some simple budget friendly improvements, keeping our time constraints in mind, that he knew would both increase the value our property and make it more desirable for the current market in that area. After going over these optional improvements, Bryan hired a professional designer (out of his pocket) to provide a list of specifics to take any guesswork out of each improvement option. Once our home was ready to go onto the market, Bryan began working immediately on listing, networking and communicated with us throughout the process. There was no point in time that we did not know exactly what was going on; whether it was a direct call from Bryan, or an email confirming a showing date/time, Bryan and his team kept us completely informed. Within a few days, we received multiple offers and had the house under contract. Bryan effectively negotiated above our asking price and with a closing period that fit our needs for the new home purchase. After crunching the numbers, Bryan actually got us the highest price/sqft of anything that had been sold in our area. Again, the entire process was flawless and effortless from start to finish.Overall, working with Bryan and his team was excellent. Their display of experience, personal commitment and professionalism was amazing. When its all said and done, Bryan Sinnett is an excellent realtor with an excellent team that met all of our goals, exceeded our expectations and made the home buying and selling process simple and enjoyable.
