At first seems all interested and makes you feel very promising. I had heard some bad and good about him. He brings in a photographer that takes good pictures and then after that he did nothing. Our home was showed several times and not one time was it showed by him or his realty company. I guess he was to busy. He slips things into contract that we specifically told him were not going to be sold with the home but they were listed in contract anyway. Also things that the lender requires were the responsibility of seller not buyer. The buyer should be required to pay for things that there lender requires not me the seller another thing that is slipped in on contract, so it was me that was responsible for those payments. When the closing day was upon us, actually an hour from closing, he texted my wife to say there is a problem and that the washer dryer and other items were missing and the buyer wants us to pay them for it. not sure what he done about that but i was not paying for his mistake. Also during close he just sat there looking at watch every few minutes as if we were taking up his precious time. During close I found another mistake they tried to slip in another bill that was already paid and wanting us to pay again, didn't pay for that either but he never said a word. All he cares about is the money he is going to make. He got way more money from sell that the agent that actually showed and sold house. In my opinion he is not a good realtor and will never get my business again nor would i ever recommend him, i will tell anyone I know to steer clear from him. I feel he got paid for nothing and I was duped. I wish I would have listened when I heard he was a bad realtor and I wish more people would post honest reviews. After close he got his check and split. He is just in it for the money he don't really earn.
