We worked with Bryan for our relocation and he went above and beyond. Before our arrival in Midland he toured possible homes, sent photos and pre-screened properties to ensure that our 72 hours in Midland would be well utilized. During our house hunting trip, Bryan made sure we saw every home we wanted, as well as scheduling all school tours and the country club. Bryan facilitated an offer and acceptance in our short time frame and then worked with both us and the seller diligently (and long distance) for the next 2 months during the inspection, appraisal and closing period. Bryan helped us sell our home and buy a new home in 2015. We had just bought the home in 2012 but were looking for something bigger. We had never sold a home before so we did not know what to expect. Our first meeting with Bryan he had a whole booklet prepared of comparable homes that had sold in the last year and homes in our area that were selling. He was able to give us a great idea of what he thought we could sell the home for and we were able to quickly decide on a selling price. We had the home sold within month and were able to find a great home to move into thanks to Bryan. When negotiating for the home we wanted to buy we gave him the price we would like to pay for the home and Bryan took care of the rest. We got the home for exactly what we wanted to pay and never had any of the stress of negotiating. Bryan was extremely easy to reach any time we had questions or concerns and always made us feel like we were his only clients. I highly recommend him to everyone I talk to who is looking to buy or sell their home.
