Bryan did an excellent job in finding the right property for us! He very patiently walked us through many properties over many months (nearly a year) and answered all our questions including all the pros and cons of every propertly. Even though we were outbid many times, Bryan always encouraged us and told us that the right propertly at the right price was out there for us and that we would certainly close on it soon.
