What clients say about this agent....
This guy is an absolute CLOWN. Watch one of his dumb shows he does and you will laugh your butt off. He contacted me about my home via email as it was on the market a few months ago and we took it off. I told him to lose my contact information and he reply's back with "by your writing and tone is just like somebody that lives in a cheap vinyl house". Hes just a typical scumbag realtor wanting to try and rip you off im sure. I would stay away from this idiot.
"Bryan: I want to thank you for selling my two homes. Your determination, perseverance, knowledge and professionalism is well recognized. I am pleased to recommend you in any capacity to friends and family and look forward to working with you again in any capacity that I need to buy or sell real estate."
"Bryan: Thanks for your hard work during this process and I wish you well in the future with your work. Obviously, if I know of someone who wants to sell their home I will mention your name as I believe we did significantly better in the end than we would have with one of the other hundreds of Realtors out there."
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Bryan Crabtree to buy or sell your home. We recently bought an investment at 102 North Square Lane and he helped us with every aspect of the purchase and counseling us on how to sell it. Ultimately, we did well and we can't wait to do the next investment.
My husband and I contracted Bryan to sell our home in early 2017. Since we had already moved out of our house, we were ready to sell immediately. We met Bryan for our initial walk-through and after that, never saw him again. As our house sat on the market for several weeks, I suggested doing open houses, printing flyers to put inside and outside the home for visitors and drive bys to pick up - anything to raise awareness of our home and the renovations and upgrades we had made. We were met with complete disregard for our suggestions with Bryan stating they were all a complete waste of time and his only advice was to stage the home and spend $2,000+. I was completely frustrated with his very singular process and complete disregard to the ideas I broached him with. He absolutely could not be receptive to other ideas. I seriously doubt he ever did any research for our area in suburban Atlanta. We never saw him again after the initial walk-through meeting. He did not even show up for closing when we finally did sell the house, rather opting to send a representative from the attorney's office to close with us. Every conversation we had about things we could do to get our house sold was met with him pontificating about his decades of experience in the real estate industry. We finally did sell our house after a few months but I cannot say that it was through any effort on Bryan's part. Aside from our initial meeting, Bryan never came to check on our home. I've bought and sold a few homes and this was the most frustrating, absent, no effort realtor I have ever experienced. Thank goodness for my husband who has the patience and wherewithal to deal with such an unnecessarily frustrating experience due to Bryan's lack of reception to HIS CLIENT and his egotism in thinking that his way is the ONLY way.

Great experience. Bryan and Mackenzie are very thorough and even with a few bumps along the way they guided us through them. Highly recommended. We have bought and sold more than one home through them.
We tried to sell with this home over the last few years with a couple different agents. We met Bryan and sold it in about 6 weeks. My wife and I are happy to give him 5 starts and highly recommend his services.
