He made sure we and the buyer submitted what was needed. He answered all of our questions along the way, and was very informative. His knowledge really shined through when we had an appraisal that came in low and he recommended we ditch the offer because he was sure he could get a higher price rather than just settle. On top of all that this guy even has his Mortgage License so he helped up with getting a loan on a home that we were buying! Truly a one stop shopping for all your needs.
