Following up on our previous review of Bruce helping us sell our house, and because it was such a great experience, we had Bruce represent us with both the sale of some vacant property, as well as ultimately the purchase of our dream home in Seeley Lake.First, after having Bruce to help us find and purchase 5 acres of land in 2021 (thanks Bruce for the snowmobile ride to look at it), Bruce listed, and having the knowledge and aEURoeinside trackaEUR? in the Montana market, sold the vacant land in approximately 4 hours. As a full price cash transaction, and being one of the highest per acre sales in the area, how could you ever ask for more!After selling our house and land far faster than we could have imagined, and maximizing the value, Bruce then found and represented us in the purchase of a new construction Montana home. WOW! What can I say - Bruce spent an hour giving us a full video tour of the house and property (under construction), spent the day with us that weekend when we flew up from Las Vegas, and helped us negotiate and secure the purchase that same weekend (Saturday and Sunday, no less).Throughout the completion of construction, Bruce was a 24/7 point of contact, answering our question, coordinating our picking out finishes, sending us photos and videos of the construction, and arranging for access to the house for appraisers, ourselves, and others.Going far beyond for his clients, and with Bruce offering to meet with concrete contractors and others we were lining up to aEURoepersonalizeaEUR? the house, his extra care and attention to detail was invaluable, helping us to get a head start on things before winter set in. At our request, Bruce even suggested and reached out to service providers in the community, and lent his years of real estate experience in some wonderful design suggestions (love the aEURoebarn dooraEUR? and glass idea - we are doing it!).In finding, showing, negotiating the purchase, completion of construction, and closing, I can honestly say that the deal would not have happened but for Bruce knowledge, dedication, and concern for his clients. Bruce went above and beyond his duties when he agreed to list my father-in-law's house for auction. He found us auctioneers to auction the contents of the house. He offered and used his own equipment to help tidy up the property to get it ready to sell, he helped haul garbage away. He was always a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. You won't find another agent that will work for you as hard as Bruce will. He doesn't just put your property up for sale and advertise it; he takes an interest in what your needs are and how the sale of the property will affect you. He actually CARES about the outcome of the sale and doesn't treat you like a number. Bruce is very honest, caring and I would trust him again and again to take care of my real estate needs.
