"Bruce Mariziani is the best real estate agent you will ever find. He does not try to hard sell you anything you don't need. Most of all, he listens to your preferences before making recommendations. In addition, he has a great network of inspectors, technicians, and other professionals that he can refer you to. Although he can give you referrals, he advises to do your own research and use due diligence before contracting any work. There are hardly any agents like Bruce, and I will continue to work with him in the future for my rental placement and other home needs. Highly recommend to anyone purchasing their first home!
