My wife and I first met Bruce nearly 4 years ago when we were interested in buying some property. Based on that experience, when we decided to sell our house earlier this year we never considered calling anyone other than Bruce. Bruce did a wonderful job helping us find a house with a laundry list of specifications. He assisted me before my husband joined me in Florida. When my husband came down, not only did he assist me in shortening the list to 5 for my husband to view. but he met with both my husband and I to review his home specifications. I first got in contact with Bruce 2 years ago when we decided to move Philadelphia Pa to Deltona area. He made the move as stress free as possible. We only had 2 days to look at homes and he got to know us over phone conversations and when we got to Florida to meet.
