When we met Shelley Savoie, we were just exploring. We knew we loved the area where we were home shopping, but we knew nothing about the neighborhood itself. Shelley took us to see several houses, she listened whole-heartedly as we listed our hopes and shared how limited we felt by budget. While vacationing in Cambria last year, I fell in the love with the town. I walked into Real Estate Company of Cambria on a whim, where I met Bruce Koontz. Bruce selected a number of properties in my price range to see. I fell in love with a cottage in a perfect location as a second home. While living in Florida, Bruce and Shelley walked me through the offer and purchase process, from inspections to closing. They did all the legwork. Bruce has a list of local resources, and he introduced me to a handyman, and other service providers to continue to care for the property during my absence.
