ZillowVERIFIEDWe were vacationing in Cambria when we noticed that an interesting home had just been listed for sale. We immediately called Shelley. She had shown us some other homes for sale in the past but none of them fit our needs. With this latest listing she agreed to show it to us that very same day and we then worked together to submit an offer to the sellers within one day. There were multiple offers on the property and ours was not the highest. Shelly then proposed a backup offer to submit just in case the highest bid did not work out. Our backup offer eventually became the highest offer and with more negotiation - with lots of guidance from Shelly and Bruce - we were able to close the deal.
