I initially reached out to Bruce but Karen responded and was assigned to me when looking for a property. At first, she was friendly and very prompt in her responses, which I was very happy with. I became very shocked and unsatisfied when Karen began speaking ill of me to my representation at closing, stating that I was a difficult client because I didnt know what I wanted. As a first time homebuyer, I admit that I was uncertain with all of my needs and wants. However, I believe that thats the reason an agent is requested, to help you search for the aEURoeperfectaEUR? home. Although I was very pleased with her services during the search, I ended up being very disappointed at the end as Karen was very unprofessional once her job was over. For this reason, I would not recommend this team as its members made what was supposed to be a joyous and exciting life event, an unpleasant moment to remember.
