ZillowVERIFIEDBrroke had a voicemail that requested me to text. I texted her only to be immediately be asked for a pre approval when I asked about property fees. I wasn't asking to view or make an offer on property. Then she doesn't answer my question for 4 hrs. I feel those is unprofessional, short and rude. As a victim of a hurricane trying to find a new home only to be treated like this makes me feel that its all about the money and that's it... Brooke looks great in the branding photos but good luck getting service and penciled in to her schedule. At best she will push you off to someone on her team .
