Brooke is the best of the best. She walked with me every step of the way. I had to go through the probate process to sell my home after my husband passed away. The idea of going through that alone was so daunting.. but Brooke came along side me and made the whole process so much lighter. I cant imagine having gone through this without Brookes strength and expertise. She knows the market, knows how to price your home perfectly, and makes your home look incredible online. I can't even begin to express how amazing Brooke is! Our house was such a crazy sale (through no fault of hers at all!), and Brooke kept us updated every step of the way, even though we had already moved all the way across the country. She was an awesome negotiator for us, helped get things cleaned up after the hurricane, and so, so many more things. Seriously, she's incredible! Super knowledgeable, super friendly, super helpful, super skilled, super responsive. You really can't go wrong by enlisting her to sell your home/property. If you're in the Central Florida/Orlando area, hire her - you'll be in great hands (and she'll get your house sold)!

My husband and I were so lucky to meet Brooke by chance at an open house in September. We contacted her afterwards and explained that we were first time home buyers and new to the state. We had a casual coffee date where she explained the home buying process thoroughly and answered all of our questions thoughtfully and honestly. We felt comfortable with her right away! She was punctual and communicative and after a week, we had a list of properties to see. We appreciated all the tips and input she gave us during the home search. She was truly "boots on the ground" and looked through EVERY house thoroughly and pointed out things we would not have even noticed as first time homebuyers. We were able to contact Brooke via text, email, and phone anytime of day and she, in turn, kept us up to date immediately with any new information, changes, etc. By the time October rolled around, she had gotten us in touch with a great mortgage broker and they guided us seamlessly throughout the whole home buying process and we closed on our first (and hopefully forever) home in November! We highly recommend Brooke if you, like us, want an agent who is looking out for your best interest. 10/10 highly recommend!!
