Brooke was amazing to work with, I'm currently not living in the area where my condo was sold so I thought it was going to be difficult coordinating everything, Brooke and her team made the experience painless, she did everything including coordinating with a maintenance company to get the condo updated with new paint, carpets, removing the popcorn ceiling, installing a new dishwasher, bathroom fixtures, everything was updated to get the condo ready to sell, then staging the condo so it looked beautiful and inviting to buyers. Brooke gave constant updates via email so I never had to wonder what was going on with the sale. We did have to adjust the price because the market was a little slow at the time of my sale, and Brooke explained everything to me and gave me expert advice on how to move forward. I was able to e-sign most documents electronically which made the sale even easier. I would highly recommend Brooke and her team of professionals.
