I contacted Broderick in 2020. After speaking with him, I chose him as my realtor and listed my house. He gave me great tips about listing and selling my home. Having Mr. Colbert as a realtor was a true resource. He helped every step of the way from financing to closing, even when those weren't always areas of his expertise. He is honest and answered our questions and educated us on common vanity issues seen in older homes that aren't truly a concern and also when we should run (which we did with a jet pack) from one house we looked at, at my request. He even pointed out nuanced details in the owners behaviors/care associated with why they are selling or how they kept their homes as it pertained to us as buyers. I appreciated his transparency and availability, and that he listened to our changing wishes and needs. We were on a tight timeline and never felt rushed by him to make a deal. I never felt like he was trying to just collect a check either. Anyways, I will definitely use him again and I have recommended and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
