When deciding to sell our home we interviewed 3 agents, all 3 came back with the same listing price. After about a month we decided to go with Brock because of his preparedness, professionalism & confidence in selling our home. I will start with Brock and his team saying what they do and doing what they say . If all real estate agencies we half as honest and half as proactive as this team is there wouldnt be a home on the market for sale because they wouldnt last over a few days before being sold . I have experienced selling three times before but never have I had anything close to this . They tell you what there plan is and after that it is done you only have to make the first step and the rest they take care of not in a slow manner but extremely fast and faster than you can even imagine this is truly the best experience ever with a realtor I have had .they hold there team to the highest standards and this is why they are so successful. They also keep you totally in the loop with each and every step of the way early morning later in the afternoon always answered to my every need and questions . I did not say this to satisfy Brock and his team this is truly my honest testimony and have all the confidence in his team they will be very very successful with there business anywhere they go , this team takes selling your home to a whole new level please give them the opportunity to sale your home you will not be disappointed.
