Brock was amazing. As first-time home buyers he was very patient with us and took the time to explain all the ins-and-outs of the process. You could tell that he's well-respected in the industry as even the seller's agent had nothing but nice things to say about him, which made the buying process go really smoothly. Our very first offer was accepted. Then when it came time to doing inspections, Brock had the local knowledge to know exactly who to use from whole house inspections to electricians to structural engineers. When it came time to make our post-inspection requests Brock was able to negotiate essentially every item we wanted, with very little back and forth. Not to mention, this was all done almost entirely remotely as we lived 3 hours away from our new home. And on top of all that, Brock was more than willing to help us out post-close with contractor recommendations and even checking on our home while we waited to move in. I could not say enough nice things about Brock, or recommend him strongly enough. If you're buying in the house in the area, Brock is your guy.
