We met Lukas at an open house, we asked him if he would be able to show us another house, he didnt hesitate to jump in and show us a completely different house, we quickly learned that he was new to the trade and learning. If he didnt know the answer he would call for back up to get the correct answer without guessing. Lukas was very responsive to setting up viewing with us, trust me we saw plenty of houses. He helped us fill out paper work on 4 different offers with a couple going thru negotiations before we settled on the right house. Everyone has to have a chance to learn, Lukas will become an amazing realtor, he is already off to a great start. One big point for us is he didnt have any experience in building on an empty lot, and found that occasionally he was unsure of the areas. With more and more opportunities he will learn both of this points and be great.
