Ms. Brittany Williams is truly exceptional and a consummate professional. We really appreciated how she went above and beyond to help us during our search for a home. We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. We was impressed with her knowledge of the market, effective communication, and her ability to actively listen to our questions and concerns. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her and I'm so thankful we did. Ms. Williams was always available to take our calls/texts and for home tours. She did an incredible amount of information gathering and would share with us the pros, cons, and strategies for moving forward. She pointed out subtle things that we would have missed but were really important in our decision process. Her cool, calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence that the job would get done - and it did! Ms. Williams promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made the purchasing process simple and less hectic.
