Brittany Wenninger and Front Porch Realty was great to work with. I used them to find my first and second Short Term Rental in the area and she went above and beyond. Her knowledge about the STR space was incredible and she even provided us with a STR packet on how to analyze and manage it. She mentioned that her and her husband are starting up a STR management company and I am intrigued.
