We just had a good feeling about her. That was a great decision. Brittany was on the ball and helped us tremendously. When we decided to sell our home, we of course chose Brittany as our agent. She is very friendly, very professional. She keeps a close watch on the market. She's very knowledgeable about the area. She's a good getter and managed to sell our home for more than the listing price in a less than ideal market with high interest rates. You should not hesitate. You can't go wrong choosing Brittany as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED It is not typical of me to write reviews in general. But I decided to come and give this amazing team its dues. We are younger first time home buyers. To say that we basically needed someone to hold our hands through the homebuying process is an understatement. It is very intimidating and you feel completely vulnerable to even start the process. Just to start, the beautiful soul Ona whom is a representative of the M&B team gave us direction. Asked us what we wanted and when we were hoping to achieve this. She was very comforting and not pushy at all. So now we had a starting point. When I got to their amazing financing team with Nicole, she advised me on stuff about my credit and finances, and even showed me where to and how to go about getting my credit repaired and built up. Among many other things, she even helped me with applying and receiving the first time home buyers grant! Once we were financially stable and ready to hunt for our home, given the market, we still werent sure if we had enough money or what it took to buy in such an aggressive market. Comes in Brittany Smith, with her running shoes on and an amazing attitude that completely put us at ease. Right off the bat she found listings for us that were in our price range and did not think we would ever find! Me and my wife watched all of the listing sites, and were blown away by what she found for us! When we found what we really liked, Brittany would negotiate and fight for us as if she was trying to buy herself.rhis house! Essentially, from beginning to end, this entire experience was nothing but positive. And I would hear horror stories about homebuying. Yet I never felt that angst throughout all of this time, and I know its because we had such a great team helping us out. I take pride in my career and how I treat others, and working with this team, that same pride in effort and just plain genuineness is seen and really appreciated. ZillowVERIFIED There are very few times in ones life that a purchase, as sizable as a new home, presents itself. I am truly grateful that we stumbled onto the website that lead us to Brittany Smith of the MB Team. Her initial contact with us suggested that she could provide us with computer generated listings of available homes in the Reno, NV. area. When we received the first list we found it overwhelming and filled with homes that were all-over the map. With one phone call she narrowed the search to specific areas and price points and created a search that was meaningful and insightful. We learned a lot about our new home destination. This relationship began in June 2019 and continued until the completion of our recent purchase. A lot transpired between the inception of our search and completion of the transaction and Brittany made herself available at the drop of a hat to answer questions and provide feedback when we became frustrated with our choices. Brittany was persistent in her pursuit to help us find a home that met all of our expectations (price, location, amenities etc.) It was her continuous effort that helped us find a house that was out of our price range, that she was able to negotiate and make affordable and allow us to find an amazing home. If you cant tell by my review that we really appreciate everything she did for us then I have not done a good job at communicating.
