Brittany and Mike were recommended to us by a friend who had worked with them on purchase of a home in La Quinta. We live in Colorado and this was a probate sale of a house in Indio owned by my wife's late brother. We got great advice on pricing and an offer was received the day after the home formally went on the market. Brittany and Mike went over and above the normal duties of a realtor helping us with preparing the home for viewing and sale and recommending services for cleaning and clearing the house of excess items. This was critical for us as otherwise we would have had to make several extra trips form Colorado. Once the offer was accepted, Brittany worked diligently with escrow, our probate attorney and the buyers realtor to make sure the sale went through efficiently.We strongly recommend Southern Hills Real Estate, Brittany and Mike to anyone contemplating buying or selling a property in the Coachella Valley.
