I highly recommend Brittany! Not only did she help us sell our house in less than 24 hours, she helped us find exactly what we had been looking for. After only showing three houses to us, she knew exactly what we wanted. A ranch style home with lots of beautiful land. She was great at negotiating with the other parties involved and was always available to answer any questions and was with us during the entire process. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with her and 100% think she is the best. Brittany sold our house DURING A PANDEMIC. What else can I say about her other than she is very knowledgeable and detail oriented, very responsive and was able to sell our house not only in a pandemic but with a strict timeline so we could have our house sold before the military moved us.
