Not only do he and his partner know the area and what to look out for when buying a new home, they made us as buyers feel supported and gave us an abundance of reasons to trust them with their help and support. We had been looking for a home as first time home buyers for about 4 years before we ended up working with Scott, and, amazingly, we found a home with him right away! It was pure luck that we found it, but the process of buying it would not have been successful without him. When we found our new home, we fell in love. Scott immediately noticed this, being sensitive to our thoughts, feelings, and demeanor, and encouraged us. It was a fast window (put up for sale and taken down over 48 hours!), and we started out last place among three bidders. Because of Scott's expertise in negotiation and communication ability, we sprang up to tie for first, then ultimately winning out by an extremely small margin! His support did not end here, as the closing process came and went quickly. Throughout this entire process, Scott was by our side and extremely communicative and available for whatever questions we had. He worked quickly and succinctly with our mortgage loan consultant, and made us feel safe and that our opinions had worth. Lastly, Scott and his partner made us as supporters of the LGBTQ+ community feel safe and welcome, vetting neighborhoods and assuring us that we were safe. He is always kind and respectful, and still checks in on us regularly so that we know he is there if we need anything. We can comfortably say that Scott is not only an excellent agent, but a wonderful person who will work to support anyone with their home buying needs.
